Optional data are provided voluntarily by the user during registration or while completing their profile and are not required to access the platform.

For security and technical maintenance purposes, the platform may automatically record certain technical data (such as IP addresses) necessary to ensure the proper functioning and security of the system. Such processing is necessary for the operation and security of the platform.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) for the processing of mandatory data necessary for registration and use of the platform; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for optional data voluntarily provided by the user.

Retention period: Personal data will be retained for the duration of the user account and for up to 6 months after account termination, unless further retention is required by law.

3. Data Processors and Sharing with Third Parties 

Personal data may be processed by:

  • Authorised internal staff of I.S.I.G.
  • External service providers acting as data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, including hosting providers, IT infrastructure providers, and technical maintenance service providers. Data are not shared for marketing or advertising purposes. In the event of mergers or acquisitions, data may be shared with new operators in compliance with applicable law.

4. Hosting Provider

The platform is hosted by Hetzner GmbH (https://hetzner.com), which acts as a data processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

All data are stored on servers located within the European Union.

No transfers of personal data to third countries outside the European Union are carried out.

5. Cookies

The website does not use technical and functional cookies for the functioning of the platform. For more detailed information about the cookies used and their purposes, please refer to the Cookie Policy available on this website.

6. Disclosure Practices

In addition to the processing carried out by authorised personnel and data processors described above, personal data may be disclosed where required by law or by competent authorities.
