The Climate Shelters Network offers free, accessible spaces maintained at comfortable temperatures (26°C in summer, 21°C in winter) throughout Barcelona. These include libraries, civic centers, museums, schools, parks, and sports facilities that maintain their regular functions while serving as climate refuges. The network also includes "micro-shelters" - smaller establishments like pharmacies and shops offering temporary relief.
